Beautifully updated vacation rental on Anna Maria Island (Holmes Beach) is an incredible option for those in need of beach therapy at its finest! Spend your days on the white sand beaches soaking up the sun. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse is just 8 houses from the beach.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, while two twin beds are in the 3rd bedroom. All bedrooms have their own TVs. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart and cooler provided.
“Tropical Treehouse” can accommodate up to 6 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
• Bedroom #1, 2nd floor, King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
• Bedroom #2, 2nd floor, Twin Beds (2) - Sleeps: 2
• Bedroom #3 2nd floor: Queen Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collect.
